ADEM’s Operator Certification Program is undertaking a Recruiting and Retention survey for the water and wastewater operator workforce.
There are two surveys.
One is for Alabama water and wastewater operators.

For your convenience, here are the survey questions as generated by Microsoft Forms. They are unedited, which means they are very long. Do NOT try to respond to the pdfs. Only responses in Microsoft Forms (links above) are valid responses.
Managers – the survey will ask you for actual number of operators hired, left, etc. You may need a moment to gather that information. We are providing the survey questions here so you can see the questions in advance and share them. Once you have the answers in hand, you can click on the survey link and then fill in the blanks.
