BASF Trilon M Plant has applied for Synthetic Minor Operating Permits that would authorize the expansion of an existing Trilon M production facility and the addition of an emergency generator located at 4201 Evonik Road, Theodore, Alabama 36582. ADEM has determined that the equipment/operations proposed by the company should be able to meet State and federal air pollution control requirements.
