The RMX, LLC has submitted a Voluntary Cleanup Plan for the former Graham & Company, Inc. facility located at 2425 Morris Avenue in Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama. According to the Jefferson County Tax Assessor’s office, the subject property is owned by RMX, LLC of Birmingham, Alabama. The Voluntary Cleanup Plan is currently under review by the Department.

Copies of the Voluntary Cleanup Plan are available for public inspection for 30 days from the date of this notice, during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the following locations:
