Continental 237 Fund LLC has completed Site Investigation activities under the VCP at the Continental 237 Outlot 3 site located east of the intersection of Palmer Road and County Line Road in Madison, Madison County, Alabama. The Continental 237 Fund LLC acquired the subject property in 2008. The property was historically used for planting cotton.

Copies of the Voluntary Cleanup Plan are available for public inspection through August 17, 2009 during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the following locations:
