NOTICE OF A PROPOSED VOLUNTARY CLEANUP PLAN UNDER THE ALABAMA LAND RECYCLING AND ECONOMIC REDEVELOPMENT ACT (ALRERA) FOR FORMER CHICAGO BRIDGE & IRON FACILITY.
Airport Center, LLC
has completed a Voluntary Cleanup Plan for the Former Chicago Bridge & Iron Facility located at 50th Street North, Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama. The site is comprises two parcels (Lots 5-A and 6-A) totaling approximately 33 acres. Lot 5-A is designated as parcel number 23-17-4-000-003.003-01 and is approximately 11.5 acres. Lot 6-A is designated as parcel number 23-17-4-000-003.004-01 and is approximately 21.7 acres. Operations of the site historically included metal fabricating, welding, painting, plating and cutting of steel for various industrial and commercial purposes.Copies of the Voluntary Cleanup Plan are available for public inspection through during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the following locations:
