Pursuant to the provisions of the Alabama Environmental Management Act, Ala. Code §§22-22A-1 to 22-22A-16 (2006 Rplc. Vol.), the Alabama Department of Environmental Management is proposing to issue a Consent Order to Dozier Oil Company, Inc., owner/operator of a Gasoline Tank Truck currently operating in Thomasville, Alabama.

The violation consisted of Dozier Oil Company, Inc., allowing a gasoline tank truck to be filled or emptied without having a valid Department Air Sticker attached and visibly displayed.

The Department is proposing a civil penalty in the amount of $2,500.00. The order, if issued, would require Dozier Oil Company, Inc., to immediately upon the effective date of this Consent Order and continuously each and every day thereafter, comply with all provisions and regulations detailed in Air Permit 102-T002-X006, ADEM Administrative Code R. 335-3-6-.20 and all other applicable air pollution control rules and regulations at all facilities at all times.
