NOTICE OF A PROPOSED VOLUNTARY CLEANUP PLAN UNDER THE ALABAMA LAND RECYCLING AND ECONOMIC REDEVELOPMENT ACT (ALRERA) FOR THE PROPOSED CVS PHARMACY SITE LOCATED IN MOBILE, ALABAMA.
CVS 4888 AL, L.L.C.
has completed an Alabama Risk-Based Corrective Action Evaluation and Remedial Action Plan for the Proposed CVS Pharmacy site at McGregor Avenue and Old Shell Road, Mobile, Alabama. The facility was formerly three separate commercial structures (a gas station, a former gas station, and a drycleaner). Current plans for the site include demolition of existing buildings and development of a CVS Pharmacy.Copies of the Voluntary Cleanup Plan are available for public inspection through February X, 2009 during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the following locations:
