NOTICE OF A PROPOSED VOLUNTARY CLEANUP PLAN UNDER THE ALABAMA LAND RECYCLING AND ECONOMIC REDEVELOPMENT ACT (ALRERA) FOR THE FORMER AMERICOLD COMPRESSOR MANUFACTURING FACILITY LOCATED IN CULLMAN, CULLMAN COUNTY, ALABAMA.
Electrolux Home Products has completed a Voluntary Cleanup Plan for the former Americold Compressor Manufacturing facility located at 2340 Second Avenue, NW, Cullman, Alabama. The facility was used from 1964 until March, 2002 for the production of refrigeration compressors, testing of components, handling of materials used in the manufacturing process, packaging and shipping of the final products, and as corporate and facility administration offices. ADEM has completed the review of the Voluntary Cleanup Plan and determined it to be complete.
Copies of the Voluntary Cleanup Plan are available for public inspection for 30 days from the date of this notice during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the following locations:

Copies may be obtained by contacting Mr. Russell Kelly, ADEM, at the above address. A nominal fee for copying and/or emailing will be charged. Arrangements for copying should be made in advance.
