Ms. Adrienne Robinson., Chevron Environmental Management Company, 4800 Fournace Place, Bellaire, Texas 77401 is required by ADEM to implement a Corrective Action Plan for remediation of soil and/or groundwater which has resulted from a release from underground storage tanks formerly located at the Bay Bridge Terminal, 100 Bay Bridge Road, Mobile, Alabama. The site is identified as Facility Identification Number 10382-097-005380 and Incident Number UST97-03-12. The proposed remediation method is surfactant injection and extraction.

Copies of the Corrective Action Plan are available for public inspection at the following location Monday – Friday (except legal holidays), 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A nominal fee for copying and/or mailing may be charged. Arrangements for copying should be made in advance.

Persons wishing to comment may do so, in writing, to the Department’s named contact above within 15 days following the publication date of this notice. Any person wishing to provide additional information regarding the Corrective Action Plan may do so.

A written request for a public meeting may also be filed within that 15-day period and must state the nature of the issues proposed to be raised in the meeting.
