Map Development, LLC has submitted a Modification of Voluntary Cleanup Plan for Parcel 1c of the Eastwood Village location at 7700 Crestwood Boulevard in Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama. According to the Jefferson County Tax Assessor’s office, the subject property is owned by Map Development, LLC of Birmingham, Alabama. The modification of the Voluntary Cleanup Plan for Parcel 1c is currently under review by the Department.

Copies of the modification to Voluntary Cleanup Plan are available for public inspection for 30 days from the date of this notice, during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the following locations:
