Changed Lives Christian Center, Inc. has submitted a Voluntary Cleanup Plan for the proposed Changed Lives Christian Center facility to be located at 1308 26^th Avenue North in Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama. According to the Jefferson County Tax Assessor’s office, the subject property is owned by Changed Lives Christian Center, Inc. of Birmingham, Alabama. The Voluntary Cleanup Plan is currently under review by the Department.

Copies of the Voluntary Cleanup Plan are available for public inspection for 30 days from the date of this notice, during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the following locations:
