Industrial General Permittees - Majority of Ind GPs Expiring in 2012

Please be aware that sixteen of Alabama's nineteen Industrial General NPDES Permits will expire in 2012. Below is a list of the GPs with their expiration dates. Renewal applications must be received in the Department at least 90 days prior to the expiration date. A complete application must be submitted. Please do not submit the one page General Permit Renewal Form (ADEM Form 398). The appropriate ADEM Form number for each application/Notice of Intent (NOI) is listed next to the permit information. When possible, please utilize the electronic submittal process. The current application fees are listed in Fee Schedule D of ADEM's Division 1 Regulations.
