The public hearing is being held to receive data, views, and arguments, either through oral comments or in writing from interested persons regarding the proposed rules. Written comments also may be submitted if received at the offices of the Alabama Department of Environmental Management in Montgomery before 5:00 p.m. on February 3, 2011, the closing date of the comment period.
