Notice is hereby given that public hearing before the Department of Environmental Management of the State of Alabama previously scheduled to be held on Monday, April 13, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. in the Main Hearing Room at the ADEM – Central Office location at 1400 Coliseum Boulevard in Montgomery, to consider proposed revisions to Division 335‑6 of the ADEM Administrative Code (Water Quality Program Regulations) has been cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation.
The Alabama Department of Environmental Management will reinitiate rulemaking process to amend the ADEM Administrative Code rules listed above at a later date.
This notice is hereby given this 8th day of April, 2020, by authorization of the Alabama Department of Environmental Management.
